The ring nut is used to optimally adjust the smoothness of the balls in the bearing. To take maximum advantage of this system, it must be adjusted correctly in order to minimise friction. If tightened too much, it can damage the cups and cones of the bearing itself. We therefore recommend contacting a Campagnolo Pro Shop to have it adjusted properly.

All Campagnolo wheels are manufactured in compliance with the highest resistance and durability standards. If the total weight of yourself, your bicycle and any accessories exceeds 120 kg/265 lbs (115 kg/253.5 lbs for Hyperon Ultra DB wheels) it is recommended not to use these wheels. Failure to observe this warning may cause irreparable damage to the product. Check with your mechanic that the wheels you have chosen as suitable for your intended use, and determine how frequently the wheels must be inspected together with your mechanic. The use of larger-diameter tyres and a structure/frame that respects the standards will help increase the duration of the wheels.
